Lots of Community Shared Solar Power Program participants have asked us to help them find where the credits are applied on their electric (EVERSOURCE) bill.
If you have your electric bill in front of you, turn to the second side. This is the side that shows the billing cycle and your monthly kWh use.
On the right hand side, find the blue bar that is titled “Total Charges for Electricity.”
Go down past “supplier” and “delivery” to “Other Charges or Credits”
This is where the credits should be listed as “NET METERING CREDIT”
For this example, we received three credits in the amounts of $53.80, $91.69 and $72.65. As a reminder, Self-Reliance will bill you at a 15% discount for these credits (in this case, $45.73, $77.93 and $61.75). In this example, the savings would amount to $32.73.
